If you said yes then you just made an important decision to do your part to help your Community by providing our hospital with much needed equipment to offer the very best of patient care. You have come to an organization where you will be welcomed, supported, appreciated, and respected for what you do. Giving back to your Community has no higher reward.
Volunteering is not a commitment to be taken lightly. Though not a job we do for remuneration the commitment is identical in that we are expected to be at work when we say we will and if we can’t then we make sure our shift is covered in our absence. It is always our hope that out volunteers are here for the long term. We ask therefore, that you carefully consider the amount of time you feel you can give to the Auxiliary each week before completing your application.
